With effect from July 1st 2023 Gordon Porter will take over from Stephen Harris as Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm with overall day-to-day responsibility for running the operations of the business.
In a new role as Executive Chairman, Stephen Harris will focus on Business Development and managing new growth opportunities for Paradigm to move the business into its next phase.
Stephen will continue to provide overall oversight with the assistance of Paradigm’s other founders Steven Marshall and Hal Hess.
